INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS: FIGURES

The Journal will publish 6 color plates free of charge to authors. (Please note: each panel of a multi-panel figure counts as a plate.) This free color is offered at the discretion of the Editor. In order for color plates to be free, they must be submitted digitally, in the proper resolution and file format (see Resolution section for more detail). If more than 6 color plates are submitted, the author will be asked to pay dollar150.00 per plate, or may resubmit in black and white.
