Local constructors' order receipts for the construction of industrial plants from overseas market are extending an upward trend. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and the Korea Plant Industries Association (KPIA) announced that the aggregate order receipts by local constructors from the overseas market in the January-April period for the construction of industrial plants shot up 65 percent to 10.8 billion U.S. dollars compared with the same period last year.
