Dongkuk Steel is accelerating its integrated group management. Starting with the MEDAC Project for the management check and assessment on its group companies at the beginning of this year, the steelmaker has been brisk with a series of the corporate management reformation projects including the implementation of the M100 Project to foster about 100 MBAs and the commencement of the establishment works on the Central Technical Research Institute in April, the integration of IT services and operation of DOPIS (Dongkuk Process Innovation Success) for 2008 in November.
