I would like to talk about some of the items that are not made in the country and need to be manufactured. I am keeping fertilizers out of this presentation and will make reference to only one item - potassium chloride to be valorized and not used as is. There is a specious argument in Delhi that you can import anything and everything. This is hollow, as you now realize with the problems with the current account deficit. The problem will worsen further if imports continue the way it is increasing.
