Daehan Steel's labor and management jointly held a ceremony on August 14 at the auditorium of its company headquarters to declare 'the value-creativelabor-management relationship' as a part of their program to set the new paradigm of the relationship between labor and management of the company. Deahan Steel, which has maintained the unique competitive power among Korean steel makers for 18 years since the foundation of the company with no dispute between labor and management through their mutual understanding and reasonable dialogue, is preparing its second leap for the attainment of its vision for 2010, declaring the value-creative relationship between labor and management of the company this time.
