lleouterine fistula after primary treatment of advanced endometrial cancer

A 48-year-old woman was diagnosed with stage IV endometrial cancer according to International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) criteria after continuous irregular vaginal bleeding. A biopsy sample of an exophytic tumour of the cervix showed a low-grade, dear-cell adenocarcinoma. A large, bulky uterine rumour with infiltration of the neighbouring bowel was noted on MRI.
