Objective. We aimed to evaluate the usefulness of anti-alpha-fodrin antibodies (AFA) in combination with rheumatoid factor (RF) and/or antinuclear antibodies (ANA) as an alternative immunological criterion for Sjgren syndrome (SS) among patients with negative anti-Ro/La serology.
