The members of the educational initiative on critical bleeding in trauma published an interesting review in the 2008 October issue of the Journal of Trauma.1 However, I would like to make a serious rebuttal of the conclusions summarized in this review. I like to express current opinion on the coagulation and nbrinolysis observed in patients with trauma.
