Let f be a transcendental entire function of finite order, let α, b,c be three finite values such that c ≠ 0, a ≠ b, and let n be a positive integer. If a is the Borel exceptional value of f,and ?_c~nf(z) and f(z) share b IM, then f(z) = a + Ae~(Bz), where A, B are two nonzero constants.
