Reflections of a Travelling Beekeeper

This article is hardly the landscape of the mind that Wordsworth talked about, but it visits a few far-flung places, some strains of bees and has a swipe at some recent fantasies in beekeeping equipment. In all, it encompasses seventy years of beekeeping. If it doesn't enumerate the many personal failures, in defence I can only think of the words of a character played by Zeta Jones in my favourite musical, Chicago, Tm not that big a fool'!
