Stereoselective Synthesis of Novel HighlySubstituted Isochromanone andIsoquinolinone-Containing ExocyclicTetrasubstituted Alkenes

摘要

An efficient synthetic route toward the synthesis of highlysubstituted arylethylidene-isoquinolinones/isochromanonesis reported. The tandem carbopalladation/Suzuki-Miyauracoupling sequence stereoselectively provided various func-tionalized polycyclic compounds in moderate to excellentyields.
