ALKALOIDS OF Buxus sempervirens, CRYSTAL AND MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF CYCLOBUXINE-D AND IMPERIALINE

摘要

Buxus sempervirens is a decorative evergreen that contains a large amount of steroidal alkaloids [1]. In continuation of research on alkaloids from this plant, ground air-dried leaves and twigs that were collected on May 29, 2010, at the test station of the Shreder Institute of Viticulture and Horticulture in Tashkent Region were extracted with EtOH (80%). The appropriate work up afforded total alkaloids (26 g).
