Three tetranortriterpenoids from Walsura yunnanensis

Three tetranortriterpenoids, walsuranins A-C (1-3), as well as three known tetranortriterpenoids, anthothecol, 11β-hydroxydihydrocedrelone, and 11β-acetoxydihydrocedrelone, were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Walsura yunnanensis C. Y. Wu. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Walsuranins B-C (2, 3) from this plant featured the typical rearranged A-ring structure of this compound class.
