A note from the publisher. Why perinatal and neonatal nursing in one journal?

Why perinatal and neonatal nursing in one journal? It is our hope that a collaborative voice in the literature will provide support to antepartum, neonatal, intrapartum, and postpartum nurses as they manage patients, both in the community and in referral centers. The common theme in each issue will be presented from both the perinatal and neonatal perspectives. We hope that The fournal of Perinatal and Neonatal Nursing will be a hallmark within the nursing publications and that each issue will service as a reference for perinatal and neonatal nurses.
