摘要

The conditions for forming stable water-soluble pectin-Ag(0) nanobiocomposites with a silver nanoparticle content up to 72% and a narrow size distribution were examined using a pectinic polysaccharide (PP) isolated from bark of Larix sibirica Ledeb. The principal factors affecting the stability to aggregation of the Ag(0) nanoparticles in the nanobiocomposite were determined. It was shown that the Ag(I):pectin ratio of starting reagents affected the ability of the pectinic polysaccharide to function as a stabilizing matrix.
