摘要

A new derivatization method has been developed for the sensitive and selective determination of baclofen (4-amino-3-p-chlorophenylbutyric acid). Anthracene-2,3-dicarboxaldehyde (ADA) was employed to form a stable conjugate of baclofen whose excitation wavelength is red-shifted from the original reagent. The ADA-baclofen derivative was separated by capillary electrophoresis and detected with a green HeNe laser-induced fluorescence detector. Linearity of more than two orders of magnitudes was generally obtained. The concentration limit of detection (CLOD) was in the 10-8 M range. A derivatization limit of detection of 0.3 muM was achieved for baclofen. The precisions of the migration times and peak areas were 1.0% and 4.2%, respectively The applicability of the method for the determination of baclofen in human plasma was examined. [References: 21]
