Chemical modification of components of the cotton cytokinin hormone-receptor complex for creation of pesticide biosensors

Highly specific polyclonal antibodies to the cotton cytokinin receptor were isolated and labeled with fluoresceinisothiocyanate to give a conjugae of the natural phytohormone zeatinriboside with bovine serum albumin. The possible use of cotton cytokinin receptor as a biosensor to analyze pesticides, phenylurea derivatives, was investigated.
