Synthesis of Saccharose esters

Di-and tresters of saccharose with aromatic acids are synthesized by transesterification of the methyl esters of the corresponding acids with saccharose. The structures of the resulting compounds are confirmed by IR spectroscopy. PMR and ~(13)C NMR.
