A New Diterpenoid Glucoside from Aerial Parts of Rabdosia excisa

A new diterpenoid glucoside, isodonin C (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Rabdosia excisa, as well as three known diterpenoids, excisanin B (2), kamebakaurin (3), and kamebanin (4). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis as well as chemical methods. Compounds 1 and 2 remarkably suppressed the NF-kappa B pathway.
