Afternoon emergency surgery and I'm on Autodoc, ploughing through the usual parade of coughs, colds and sore throats. I buzz for the next patient, a fit looking man in his early twenties. He looks embarrassed and anxious, so I figure his symptoms will be arising somewhere near McBloke's point: mid way between his umbilicus and his knees.
