To the Editor:We read the article on computer-assisted total knee arthro-plasty (TKA) in arthritis with extra-articular deformity [1] with interest. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the authors for applying computer-assisted surgery (CAS) in correction of extra-articular deformities. The results that they have obtained with CAS are impressive and 1 step ahead in minimizing human errors in deformity correction with aim toward perfection with the help of navigation.
