摘要

Symmetrical drug-related intertriginous and flexural exanthema (SDRIFE) or baboon syndrome is a morphologically distinct type of drug-induced rash. It is not usually associated with fever. We present a case of SDRIFE in a 45-year-old Chinese man atypically presenting with fever after oral consumption of cloxacillin.
