Utilizing donor lungs after thrombolytic therapy and thrombectomy for acute massive pulmonary embolus.

Idiopathic non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) is a relatively new diagnosis that has been validated as a distinct clinical entity in the last two decades. Although immuno-suppressive medications are the cornerstone of treatment, there is no consensus with regard to the best regimen. We present a case of idiopathic NSIP responsive to triple im-munosuppressive therapy in the setting of single-lung transplantation.
