What is the history of HK Jewellery and where is the business now? I started 18 years ago knowing a lot about jewellery-making from my father (a keen, talented hobby jeweller). However I'd never worked in retail and had few contacts in the industry. So I had a 'fresh eyes' perspective, which I think helped to make my business different.
