摘要

The role of STIM 1 protein in activity modulation ofreceptor- and store-operated channels in HEK293Tcells was investigated. In native conditions transmem-brane protein STIMI is localized both in plasma mem-brane (smaller part of STIM1 population) and in ERmembrane (most part of STIM1 population). For anexception of STIM1 from signaling cascades, the meth-ods of small interfering RNA (siRNA) was used. Stableline of HEK293T cells with expression of STIM1 sup-pressed up to 50% was created. This clone wasnamed S4.
