Pathological studies of the dermal lesions on bovine due to exposure with paper mill effluent

Paper and pulp industries using large quantities of water cause a great amount of water pollution through their effluents, which are released to nearby streams of river (Swarup et al., 1992). Livestock in the vicinity has therefore definite chances of being exposed to the industrial effluent. The present study was undertaken to note any pathological effects of the effluent on application to skin.
