摘要

Six groups, mice inoculated with cyclophosphamide at a dose level of 62.50 rog/kg body weight were fed with Active Egg White Product (AEWP) at doselevel of 125, 250, 500,1000 and 2000 mg/kg body weight per mice respectively for 5 days and on 5th day, all mice were infected with E. coli, while group VI remained as control. The protection test against E. coli revealed a gradual increase in the survivability percentage of mice with the increase in the dose of AEWP feeding. The highest survivability of 80.00 percent was noticed in group V where AEWP was fed @ 2000 mg/kg body weight as against 35.00 percent in group I where AEWP and fed @ 125 mg/kg body weight.
