Fowl cholera caused by Pasteurella multocida is a septicaemic disease associated with high morbidity and morbidity in ducks. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the lymphoid organ lesions of ducks due to this disease. 36 one month old unvaccinatedducklings were randomly divided into three groups of 12 each. Group 1 was maintained as healthy control. The birds in group 2 were injected s/c with Pasteurella multocida A: 1 strain (DP 1) lethal dose fifty (LD50) dilution at the dorsal neck region @ 0.1 ml/bird. In group 3 birds, same dilution was administered i @ 0.1 ml/bird.
