AEROBIC BACTERIAL ISOLATES AND THEIR ANTIBIOGRAM IN REPEAT BREEDING COWS

Specific or nonspecific genital infection happens to be an important crieterion in the causation of infertility in a large number of cows. Iyer (1978) reported that 18-40% of cattle are disposed of annually in the world solely on account of infertility or sterility. This paper records the bacteriological aetiology of repeat breeding cows (RBC) in-and -around Bhubaneswar and Cuttack with special reference to mycoplasmas.
