The stepwise construction of [{Cp*Ru(CO)}(2)(WS4)(PtMe2)] and [{Cp*Ru(CO)}(2)(WS4)(PtMe2)(2)] clusters was achieved by the thermal reaction of [{Cp*Ru(CO)}(2){W(mu-S)(4)}] with [PtMe2(cod)]. [References: 11]
