ICA to team up with Chinese cotton assn

The International Cotton Association (ICA) has signed an agreement of co-operation with Tianjin Cotton Association,a regional branch of the China Cotton Association (CCA).The two associations have agreed to team up in cotton trade,short-term training and industry research,and to serve as a bridge between Chinese and foreign cotton companies,according to the agreement.
