Reliance,DuPont Polyester sign R&D pact

Petrochemical group Reliance Industries(RIL)recently revealed it has entered into a pact with DuPont Polyester Technologies for polyester process and product technologies research and development in India.DuPont Polyester is the technology development and licensing unit of Dupont Textiles & Interiors(DTI).The textiles unit is likely to be sold or spun off by parent DuPont Co in the next few months.
