摘要

Pure and amino acid doped potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystals have been grown by solution technique at room temperature. The powder X - ray diffraction studies for the grown crystals have been made. The dielectric behaviour of the pure and doped crystals has been studied in the microwave region using K - band microwave bench equipped with the Gunn oscillator and guided with rectangular wave guide. The grown crystals are subjected to Thermogravimetry Analysis (TGA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), in order to identify the changes in the thermal stability and structural phase transitions.
