Mine Surveyor Playing Vitol Role in the Mining Industry

摘要

Mine Surveying is an essential component of Mining Industry that provides technical support in terms of measurement, reporting, positional accuracy and direction to the mining process without any recognition by the mine management and mining professionals. The role of Mine Surveying has changed in recent times, with changes in legislation, changes in technologies and in work structures. This paper explores the importance, new requirements of its role in addition to the traditional in the mining organization and within the mining value chain. During the period of his job Mine Surveyor work with many professionals like as Mining, Geology, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmentalist, State Forest Department, State Pollution Control Board, State Mining Department and Ministry of Environment of Forest etc. This paper explores the importance, new requirements of its role in addition to the traditional in the mining organization and within the mining value chain.
