How often have you interviewed prospective press brake operators who claim to have 10 or 15 years' experience only to find out after you have hired them that they have never even seen a press brake before, or at least it seems that way?Finding highly skilled operators is becoming increasingly difficult, and those operators who are skilled usually are happy with their employment.
