For a given p-valent analytic function g in the open unit disc A, we study a class of functions H~(l.m)_p(α_1)f(z)=z~p+sum from i=p+1 to∞ of (((α_1)_(n-p)… (α_l)_(n-p)/(β_1)_(n-p)… (β_m)_(n-p))(α_nz~n/(n-p)l)),a<0 satisfying p+1)/(2p) ∈Δ;1<α<(2 )<α (z H~(l.m)_p(α_1)(f*g)(z) )/( H~(l.m)_p(α_1)(f*g)'(z) 1/pR(z(Coefficient inequalities, distortion and covering theorems as well as closer theorems are determined.
