Insulinoma With Slow Growth The Report of 1 Case

Hyperinsulinism was detected in a 52-year-old man but could not be localized using standard noninvasive imaging studies (ultrasonography, computed tomography). Fifteen years with symptoms of hypoglycemia passed before the tumor was detected (endo-scopic ultrasound and abdominal computed tomography), The tumor was excised and pathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of insulinoma.
