Dextrocardia and Atrial Septal Aneurysm in a Child With McCune Albright Syndrome

McCune Albright syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by multiple hormonal abnormalities, fibrous dysplasia of bone, and cutaneous hyperpigmentation. We report a 6-year-old girl with McCune Albright syndrome. She presented with precocious puberty, hallux valgus deformity, pigmented macula on her trunk and limbs, and dextrocardia and atrial septal aneurysm.
