Chemical Vapor Deposited Diamond Maturity and Diversity

摘要

This brief article attempts to highlight some of the great progress that has been made in the quality and diversity of CVD diamond materials. Great flexibility for engineering the diamond materials to match the desired properties of an application has been demonstrated. These recent results indicate a renaissance in the interest and application of CVD diamond growth and materials.
