Light-emitting diode (LED) lighting is becoming more and more common, particularly for a number of edible crops. As growers become more familiar with the technology and more research is done, the additional benefits in terms of agronomy and plant control are becoming more recognised alongside the energy savings provided when compared to traditional light sources.
