A new record of Malachius aeneus (Linnaeus) (Malachiidae) from Bookham Common, Surrey

Malachius aeneus (Linnaeus), the scarlet malachite beetle, is currently known from eight very restricted sites, on the borders of Essex and Hertfordshire and in south Hampshire (Buglife, 2011).
