摘要

New type BLSF ceramics (Na,K)_2Bi_6Ti_7O_(24) (NKBT) were safely and environmental protection lead-free material. The dielectric constant of 30, and tanδ=2.3%. This study manufactured original compound material (Na,K)_2CO_3 of NKBT, successfully. New type BLSF ceramics NKBT were yet produced a successful in the past. After a series of efficient and accurate results showed keys of successfully producing NKBT is synthesis of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate prior to original compound-(Na,K)_2CO_3. Chloride anion(Cl~-) in water, shear force by mixing and drying temperature are the keys to a successful factor. In this paper, we get optimal (Na,K)_2CO_3 powder by rotation velocity 300 rpm and drying temperature 110℃. (Na,K)_2CO_3 powder had the advantage of uneasy deliquesce, manufacturing process easy, fast and low working temperature because of using integration and synthesis of carbonic oxide and there was clear evidence of (Na,K)_2CO_3 by scientific instruments as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) etc.
