Engineering Council (UK) has embarked on a consultation around a document United Kingdom-Standards for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC) to replace the 1997 edition of Standards and Routes To Registration (Sartor 3), which sets out the current requirements of competence and commitment required for registration in the UK as a professional engineer or technician.
