IT IS becoming increasingly clear that the process industries are facing a growing skills shortage.In some cases,these skills shortages are having a negative impact on some organisations' ability to maintain operational capacity.While various steps are being taken in the hopes of increasing the number of highly-skilled graduates in the UK,the industry is beginning to look to foreign workers to meet demands.
