Bayer MaterialScience to Expand MDI Plant at Brunsbuttel, Germany

Bayer MaterialScience plans to invest about ?100 million ($137.7 million) to expand capacity for methylene di-para-phenylene isocyanate (MDI) at the Brunsbuttel industrial park in Germany. The project forms part of a previously announced phased optimization concept for Bayer's isocyanate production in Europe.
