India Conference: Chinese Petrochemical Industry to Grow

The petrochemical industry in China is expected to see substantial growth and expansion in production capacity during the next few years, and several of coal-to-chemical projects will come online between 2013 and 2016. There are several lessons for India to learn from the efforts China has made to grow its chemical and petrochemical industry, say experts at the Fifth Annual India Chemical Industry Outlook conference at Mumbai, which concluded today.
