Tim and Sarah Burvills1 achievements, in a relatively short time-span are both significant and remarkable. Tim and Sarah Burvill now run their own individual wine businesses that are expanding rapidly, while they also run a successful beef operation under their company, Woodacre Pty Ltd. Tim sold 35,000 dozen premium wines in 2006 alone, while in the past five years the Burvills have gone from no involvement or experience in livestock to now running the Woodacre stud, and a commercial beef operationthat is already exporting prime cuts to Denmark.
