Enzymes technology firm Codexis (Redwood City, CA) has priced its previously announced initial public offering (IPO) at $13/share. Codexis is offering 6 million shares in the IPO. Codexis is backed by Shell. The company's activities range from the development of biocatalysts for the synthesis of biofuels through to pharmaceuticals.
