Compass Minerals says its board of directors has approved a 10% increase in its quarterly dividend, to 39 cts/share, effective with its dividend payable March 15 to shareholders of record on March 1. “Compass Minerals and its board of directors are committed to strategically deploying the company’s cash flow so that it generates strong, sustainable value for shareholders,” says Angelo Brisimitzakis, president and CEO.
