Univar acquires Nnexus Aag

Univar says it has acquired Nexus Ag (Saskatoon, SK), a wholesale fertilizer distributor. Mike Hildebrand, president/agriculture and environmental sciences at Univar Canada says the deal will strengthen Univar's “existing macronutrient and crop protection inputs by adding a proprietary line of micronutrients, macronutrients, and specialty fertilizers and will also enhance its services to Canadian customers.”
